Zerin's Bespoke Antenatal Session's - For couples or individuals

I offer a range of personalised one to one sessions in the comfort of your own home. This could be your first experience of pregnancy or you may already have a child. These bespoke sessions based on your wants and needs. These sessions could also support an antenatal class you have completed.

Prior to each of these session we will have a chat on the phone to make sure that the sessions are completely tailored to your needs. Some of the areas you may like to cover are:

• Labour & Birth preparation - including strategies
• Creating your own birth plan
• Exploring different types of birth
• Strategies and techniques to help you in your labour
• Preparation for breastfeeding
• Preparation for life with your baby
• Understanding your baby's development
• Introduction to baby massage 

The bespoke antenatal sessions cost £200 and includes, all contact before the sessions, 2 x 2hour sessions or a 4 hour session and supporting resources that you may require. 

Longer sessions and other options to suit your needs are available.
